Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment.

Strides 360® promises a heart-­pumping workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility, and quickness to help you sprint through mom life. Bodyweight conditioning is strategically placed to provide recovery, strength and round out your workout. It's for any mom interested in a workout that can be as hard as you need it to be on your good days or scaled back on days you’re not sure how you made it out the door! Bring your kiddos with you in the stroller or leave the kiddo at home and come play with your mom friends. Either way, the hour will fly by and leave you energized for the rest of your day!

Combining cardio, strength, core work, and meditation, Body Boost™ is the perfect workout for mom’s mental and physical health. Body Boost™ is a 60-minute results-based, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class designed to challenge, empower, and energize, leaving Mom feeling refreshed and recharged for motherhood and all that comes with it.

Body Ignite is a one-stop body shock. Targeting each and every muscle with specially designed sequences will leave you stronger and more energized. This easy to follow strength based program will increase your metabolism, your athleticism, and your ability to lift, lunge, push and pull everything mom-life throws at you!

Whether you're a seasoned runner or just starting out, we invite you to join our flexible group runs this winter. We’ll meet at various locations around Frederick, including Urbana and downtown Frederick, to enjoy a casual run together. Most of our meet up runs will be around 3 miles. All paces are welcome, so bring your mom friends and come ready to have fun, connect, and unwind. Let’s support each other while staying active this winter!

FIT4BABY® is designed specifically for moms-to-be. Whether you are a first time mom-to-be or have one or more children already, this class is for you! All exercises are carefully selected to prepare your body for the many changes you will experience during pregnancy. You can begin FIT4BABY at any point during pregnancy, as the workouts are scientifically- based, purposeful and designed to accommodate your changing body.

We are excited to partner with Frederick City Parks & Recreation to bring you FIT4BABY in 2025. Our next six week session will be held on Wednesdays at 6:30pm at the Talley Fitness Center beginning January 22nd. Join us for a FREE Open House on Wednesday January 8th!

Body Well® empowers you to grow past what you thought was possible. This 8-week mom-only program includes weekly workouts, group accountability, nutritional guidance, recipes, and weekly challenges to help you improve your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. This transformational program is customized for you by setting your goals, tracking your habits, and working with your coach. Find the extra motivation you need in this small group setting within FIT4MOM’s motherhood sisterhood.

We are so excited for our fall session of Run Club! Take your run training to the next level with our 8-week guided training program that culminates with you crossing the finish line of a local race together with your fellow run club mamas. Whether your goal is to race your first race, continue your running journey, or level up your training, we are ready to help you reach your running goals!

Here at FIT4MOM we promise to create an inclusive community for moms. In order to do that outside of our regular fitness programming, we also offer opportunities for moms to connect with one another through Mom's Night Out, Mom's Morning Out, field trips with their littles, and more. All Our Village events are FREE! We just ask that you please register so our team can plan accordingly. We currently offer pop-up family classes on holidays and for special events. This class format is the same as our typical Stroller Strides class, but when you have an active pass or plan you're able to bring an adult family member at no additional cost. Make sure your family member is registered with a waiver signed!
