Run Club
We are so excited for our fall session of Run Club in the Frederick! Take your running journey to the next level with our 8-week guided training program that culminates with you crossing the finish line of a local race together with your fellow run club mamas. This fall, we’re offering both 5K and 10K training options to help you reach your fitness goals. Whether your goal is to race your first race, continue your running journey, or level up your training, we are ready to help you reach your running goals!
Our Run Club includes...
- Tips for getting started and achieving your running goals, including education and information on form, goal setting, best practices and secrets from experienced runners
- Detailed training plan for your goal distance including homework runs and cross-training
- Access to FIT4MOM On Demand Run Club+ Catalog of warm-ups, stretches, and cross-training workouts
- Support, accountability and progress check-ins from your team of Run Club Coaches through an online group
- Session Kickoff Event on Saturday September 7th at 7am
- Weekly group runs which will be held at various locations in Frederick on Sunday mornings at 8am (locations range from Downtown Frederick to Urbana)
Our training program is geared toward runners of all levels, abilities & experiences. You decide your goal, commit to training with us and we'll help get you there!
This fall session will culminate in the Friends 5K/10K at Cunningham Falls State Park on Sunday November 3rd.
Registration for the target race is not included in your Run Club session enrollment and must be purchased separately. Participation in the target race is not required, but highly suggested. Register for the target race by clicking here.
Can't participate in the target race? That's ok! You can still join us in the 8-week session and our coaches will guide you in a finish line race of your own.
