Group Run Meet Up

Whether you're a seasoned runner or just starting out, we invite you to join our flexible group runs this winter. We’ll meet at various locations around Frederick, including Urbana and downtown Frederick, to enjoy a casual run together. Most of our meet up runs will be around 3 miles. All paces are welcome, so bring your mom friends and come ready to have fun, connect, and unwind. Let’s support each other while staying active this winter!
