Body Well
Body Well® empowers you to grow past what you thought was possible. This 8-week mom-only program includes weekly workouts, group accountability, nutritional guidance, recipes, and weekly challenges to help you improve your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. This transformational program is customized for you by setting your goals, tracking your habits, and working with your coach. So what does our Body Well® session include?
The quick answer: A Journey Toward Overall Wellness w/ Group Accountability & Connection
- Body Well Basics, a user friendly guide that includes your program overview, My Goal sheet, Good Eats chart, Recipes, Meal Planner, and Daily/Weekly Checklists
- An online seasonal Client Guide that dives deeper into recipes, food options, science, and more
- Two workouts each week, one held on Mondays at 5:30am in Urbana and a second workout of your choice to be attended weekly. You must be able to attend both classes each week to enroll. We do not suggest missing more than two classes per session.
- Small group coaching with weekly themes & challenges in our private online group (not another Facebook group)
- Individual coaching as you work toward your individual SMART Goal over the 8 week session
- Clients with active monthly memberships gain early access to registration using a special discount. Watch your inbox for this limited time offer.
