Body Well
Body Well® empowers you to grow past what you thought was possible. This 8-week mom-only program includes weekly workouts, group accountability, nutritional guidance, recipes, and weekly challenges to help you improve your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. This transformational program is customized for you by setting your goals, tracking your habits, and working with your coach. So what does our Body Well® session include?
The quick answer: A Journey Toward Overall Wellness w/ Group Accountability & Connection
- Body Well Basics, a user friendly guide that includes your program overview, My Goal sheet, Good Eats chart, Recipes, Meal Planner, and Daily/Weekly Checklists
- An online seasonal Client Guide that dives deeper into recipes, food options, science, and more
- Two FIT4MOM Frederick workouts each week. You will gain access to pre-register for the two classes you want to attend each week when you sign up for the session. See weekly schedule below. We do not suggest missing more than two classes per session.
- Small group coaching with weekly themes & challenges in our private online group
- One on one coaching as you work toward your individual SMART Goal over the 8 week session
- Clients with active monthly memberships gain early access to registration using a special discount. Watch your inbox for this limited time offer.
When you register for Winter Body Well, you will work with your coach to determine the two FIT4MOM workouts you would like to pre-register for. Please see the schedule below for your options. We recommend mom-only classes like Body Boost, Body Ignite, and Strides 360 when pre-registering for classes. Our hope is to offer you the flexibility you need while focusing on achieving your personal goals.

*When registering you will be placed in a course scheduled for Sunday mornings. This is not an actual meeting time, but a placeholder for your weekly Body Well registration. Your coach will be in touch to pre-register you in your two weekly classes.*
