Stroller Strides: Summerfest Family Theatre

We are SO excited to bring our signature stroller fitness class, Stroller Strides, back to Baker Park this summer!

Our Express Stroller Strides workout will pop-up in Baker Park on Thursdays throughout the summer. Check out the timeline of events below.

9:00-9:15am- Arrival along 2nd Street between the tennis courts + Talley Recreation Center

9:15-10am- Free Stroller Strides Class

10:00-10:45am - Summerfest Family Theatre presented by Celebrate Frederick (While each performance is FREE to the public, the Summerfest Family Theatre committee encourages each visitor to bring a canned food item in lieu of admission to support The Frederick Food Bank.)

In order to participate in our workouts, you must be registered with a signed liability waiver. Children who have not yet completed kindergarten must remain in strollers for the workout portion of this event.
