Body Boost LIVE!

This is THE Mom’s Night Out you don't want to miss. We are excited to co-host this year’s Body Boost LIVE with FIT4MOM Montgomery County.

Join us for the fourth Body Boost LIVE event on Saturday, June 1st from 5-8p. We'll meet under the Blue Jay Pavilion at Seneca Creek State Park for the workout of a lifetime, complete with awesome music, followed by food and beverages after! You can even BYOB to enjoy after the workout.

The schedule of events:

-5:00 Check-in

-5:15 - 6:15 Boost workout led by some of your amazing FIT4MOM MONTGOMERY COUNTY + FIT4MOM FREDERICK Body Boost instructors

-6:15 Cava dinner + BYOB (we'll have some water on hand to refill any cups/bottles you bring along for your workout)

-7:45 Raffle, Toast + Closing

Cancellation policy If you are unable to make the event, we will miss you! You may notify the team so we can remove you from the roster. Please note that there are no refunds or transfers of tickets once sold.
